  We just spoke with Shawna at Weed Man and got set up for services for the 2022 season. We have not yet used the services although several neighbors on our street do. I also checked the Google reviews which were overall excellent so we are looking forward to this summer's yard being well tended. When Shawna answered the phone, (no long call routing system) she was helpful, friendly and informative. She double-checked and corrected our yard size, looked for discounts that might be applied to our program and just generally was an extremely competent and friendly (yes, both!) person to work with. I hope their service on our yard is as good as the service received while getting set up.

  I have only been a customer for a year, but so far their service and execution has been spot on. They were up front right from the start and said I may not notice big gains the first year, but I did. I have neighbors commenting on my lawn for the first time in 20 years. Well done!

  Used them for five years at least. The last two years they did terrible job. Had Creeping Charlie and patches of sponges stuff. Technician didn’t treat whole lawn and when told them not to come for first treatment because needed to rake up debris and leaves, they did anyway. The person paying has no say when to get treatment. Then called to complain and cancel their services, they said will send a manager to come out and look at lawn. Someone did and left a paper that said don’t mow too short ( we mow 3 inches) and the lawn needed to be aerated (service they did for us each fall)! What a joke! Best advice, try elsewhere!

  Hi Jesus, we regret to see that you were unsatisfied with our services. We do allow & encourage our customers to reschedule applications when needed/desired, however it looks like the confusion arose due to the fact that there are two properties on your account. The Representative was not aware that the rescheduled application was needed for both properties, which is why the treatment was still provided as scheduled. Regarding your mention of mowing recommendations - those are standard reminders that we provide all of our customers with, not intended to insinuate improper mowing being the cause of this specific issue. We apologize for this situation & hope for the opportunity to redeem ourselves in the future. Thank you for your feedback.
