  Had Weed Man about a year now. The original landscapers who laid the sod were clearly incompetent. It was a disaster that I couldn't repair by myself. I called Weed Man and now my lawn is up to a more than respectable standard. That might not sound flattering but it actually IS flattering considering how pathetic and sad, dead and depressing my apocalyptic lawn looked BEFORE I called them. Thank you Weed Man!

  Early spring 4 years ago my yard was covered in weeds and I contracted with Weed Man to handle the problem. They got rid of the weeds and also were able to eliminate the Bahia grass that I hated. I am now into my 4th year with them and the lawn is looking better than it has been in many years. I am very well pleased with their services and plan to continue.

  Each application the lawn, a new lawn, looked worse. Communication was slow. Spent a lot of money and not satisfied.

  Mrs. Courter (Austen), We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our services. An unfortunate problem with starting our services in the spring (your account was opened in March of this year) is that your lawn does not get the necessary pre-emergent applications, which we do in January-February. We make it a point to inform all of our customers (especially those who miss the pre-emergent rounds of treatment) that the first year, you will see a lot of weeds. That’s why we offer the unlimited free service calls. Each treatment build off of the previous treatments and prepares your turf for the next round. This will improve the health of your turf drastically every year thereafter. We have our standard 7 rounds of treatment, but without the pre-emergent on the ground, as soon as a weed starts dying, a new one pops up in its place. The first year is always the toughest. ☹ That’s why we push the free service calls. Naturally we’d love to win back your business, but we’d really like to make sure that your lawn gets what it needs and you get what you’ve been paying for. We sure do hate the thought of you having invested money and trust into our company without going through a full year of treatments. We can accept that you do not wish to continue with us, but please do contact us and let us provide you with products and treatments that you can apply yourself to help keep your lawn healthy. We’d love to help.
