  Horrible experience and as someone who does sales I felt like my service didn't matter. Was promised multiple times a call to pay for services that never came as I wanted to pay for the year in full. When I called to cancel service the lady nicely canceled my service with 0 effort to retain me then hung up. Was later called and offered a discount to come back. Wouldn't of taken free service. I was reminded multiple times of the companies 4.8 star review on Google. Well let me add 1 to that for you. Went with another company who has reached out 4 times since I did online quote and even came for first service within a week. At a better price than the WeedMan discount offer. Review edited to 3 stars as I got a call from the owner. Very understanding and ensured me I mattered as a customer without trying to sell me their service. I fell better after speaking to him and would consider them in the future if I change services.

  We used Weed Man for 2 years. At first the lawn looked better (new neighborhood new sod) and they were responsive and professional. As time progressed our lawn got worse and calls were not returned. Our final season (this last winter) we decided to wait to see how the lawn came back before renewing. All weeds. It was almost like they had seeded our lawn with weeds! After two years our lawn looks worse than it started. Our neighbors on either side have never done anything to their lawns and their lawns look much better than ours. I would not recommend Weed Man to an enemy. UPDATE- I realize that Weed Man responded almost immediately to my negative review. And they stated that they would be in touch to make it right. But we have not had any contact from them. Just want to be authentic..:I’ve even left my lawn unmowed in the hope that they would contact us and see what it really looks like. Not to be vindictive at all, but when you spend this much money on a service the company should stand behind their product.

  I would never recommend Weed Man to anyone in Lexington. I called initially because my yard needed seeding. I signed up for their program that was supposed to be 4 visits including aerating and seeding. They never laid any seed. I called multiple times and spoke with Weed Man and each time - they said they would send a new technician the next day. They never came. My yard looks terrible. I called and spoke to someone again at Weed Man and they told me the technician that was supposed to be working on my house had been fired due to poor performance. The guy on the phone told me they would do better next year in the fall - 10 months away! I asked for my money back and never heard from them again. My yard is a terrible muddy mess.
