We have been using Weed Man for our yard for a year and a half. The first year was fine, but in the last six months, we've seen weeds popping up all over the yard and have had to call for extra treatment several times. Weeds go away then pop up again a month later, so it seems they don't continue to monitor unless we complain. In the last several months, I believe they have stopped spraying the back yard. It is completely over run with weeds and we haven't seen any weeds die even after Weed Man claimed they sprayed it again, and the yard continues to look worse and worse. I have called them four times in the last week and emailed them many more times and no one returns my calls or has been to my house to look at the weeds or treat anything. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your lawn care, it certainly couldn't be any worse than Weed Man. UPDATE: I spoke with Daniel, the production manager at Weed Man, today. Apparently this is the quality of service you can expect with the basic plan. We have already cancelled our service.

Awful. Will charge you for services they don't do. Rude staff. Impossible to get bills straight. There are dozens of lawn care companies - literally any other would be better than this company. One star is too generous.

They don't return phone calls, don't show up when you ask to meet with them to discuss problems. Grass does not look good. The employees know nothing about their product. Stay far, far away from these people!

Thanks for your patience during our most recent transition. We appreciate your feedback. We’ve made some changes to address this concern. Our growth has exceeded our personnel and we needed to add some folks to help out with phone and email correspondence. We recognize and acknowledge that there was a shortfall on our end and we’re sorry that this failure led to such discomfort and frustration. It’s been a chaotic period and we’re coming through the other end of the tunnel. Obviously, we’re sad to see you go, but under the circumstances that you recently experienced, it’s understandable. I hope that we can win back your business in the future.
