  I signed up for four treatments on a rental property. I made sure it was for a set amount of treatments because I hate to be locked in to a service that I may or may not like or want. Sure enough they started spraying the next year and billed me. No email to say they were starting or that I was “auto enrolled” just a bill for spraying at a house that we had sold! Basically they acted like it was my bad for not canceling, even when I told them I had not received one email from them before they sprayed. If you have a good service you do not need to employ these tactics.

  I had them spray weeds in a dirt driveway. The new guy doing it was waving the wand back and forth and killed big chunks of grass. They also sprayed where I told them not to. I called them four times to get someone to come out and look. No one ever showed. Of course I had prepaid for only this treatment this time. They were awful to work with. I will never use them again.

  Even after you stop services with them, they come and spray, and of course charge you. We are not in a contract with them and they won’t leave us alone!
