I had contacted the weed man to take care of our weeds, fertilize, and do pest control around our house. Two Weeks after the first time they showed up I had re-contact them to tell them the weeds had not died and were only getting worse. They said they would send someone else out which they did. Sometime after that I contacted them again to say our weeds are still not dead, (this would be our 3rd application). Every time I asked if our fence line could be treated. They dispatched a senior technician to come and take a look at our lawn to which his response was “they were just lazy”. He sincerely apologized and promised he would dispatch someone else out once a week to take care of the weeds and he would check himself. In the meantime I am being contacted to to three times per week for payment. I explained to them I wouldn’t be paying until our weeds were dead…. Or at least not spreading! Not only did the technician not show up on the days they said they were going to, leaving my dogs locked inside, after six repeat visits our weeds are still not dead!!! During the last “complementary” visit I was handed a bill for fertilization, I explain to them that I had canceled the service prior and that the weed sprays were complementary, I had already paid for weed control yet still have a ton of dandelions in my yard come October!! They explained maybe they could take some money off the fertilization bill and would love to work something out…. I told them I had canceled the service and will NOT be paying the fertilization bill and would not even like my complementary weed sprays anymore since it is not working whatsoever. I doubt we even got a pest control judging by the sizes of spiderwebs around our windows. The technician had explain to me that I had leaf Blight in my lawn, a week later I diagnosed grub worms myself and treated it myself…. By literally just picking up a stone in our yard and seeing worms underneath. You could probably get further by googling things and taking care of your own lawn for much cheaper without the hassle. It seems to be a sheer laziness. I have dozens of new dandelions and weeds sprouting in October. I never pulled the old ones because I wanted them to see what was happening, now our yard is an absolutely mess. I thought lawn services were supposed to be easy, you hire them, they show up and occasionally send you a bill in your lawn looks great. NOPE. I hate to complain about companies especially local ones, but this was ridiculous. MULTIPLE phone calls multiple visits and still…. Monster weeds and plenty of spiders! I wasted my money. *photos taken 2 weeks after last weed application.

Mrs. Wheeler, Dang, our fertilizer works! We know it’s crazy, but we do know what we are doing. We want to get everything growing in order to build a healthy weed to treat when we come back. When you are picking them, there isn’t a whole lot of surface area to treat them. While you wanted your weeds treated, we were looking at the end game of getting your lawn thick enough to become a weed mat to withhold weeds from even germinating. If you wanted it all killed, we should have started with a vegetation control to start the process over! We charged you for one fertilization and one perimeter pest control. All weed control was complimentary and due to the late stage which you entered the program- would be billed out in September. 7 visits in 6 weeks and no payment- oofta- I guess we weren’t on the same page. While we wish lawn care was a magic wand, we are not Harry Potter. The goal of our process is to thicken the grass areas, eradicate weeds over time and then the lawn will become a natural weed mat to prevent the weeds from even being able to germinate. This information is in the welcome packet which wasn’t opened. We encourage you to seek a partnership instead of whatever this was. We are happy to correct our mistakes and know that we went above & beyond to try to rectify the situation but you no longer allowed us on your property to achieve the results we see across the community.

Raven has been our service man and has provided us with outstanding service! He's easy to get a hold of and always willing to accommodate our schedule since we have a dog in the yard. He's helped me understand what my yard needs and since making the switch to Weed Man our yard has looked better than it ever has! Raven pays attention to the details and even takes the time to blow the excess off the sidewalks, would recommend Raven to friends and neighbors!

Great service very reliable and flexible. I have several dogs and so Raven our tech has happily worked around the issues that have arisen when I have not been at the house. He has come back when it was more suitable for us and he is great at communicating as is the main office. Seems to me that this is a very well run business and I would highly recommend Weed Man Lawn Care to others anytime. My lawn has never looked better. Thanks for all you do. Sean Brady Billings Mt.
