  Hired them late 2019. My lawn is better after the their treatments but still have weeds. According to WM, I missed the 2019 preemergent. Okay, I figured my lawn is better and perhaps they can manage these specific weeds. Welp! Here we are past 2020, and leaving 2021...I still have these same specific weeds in the same spot before they started treating my lawn. They have come out a few times to treat them...weeds are still here. I recently received a letter from our association requesting for the removal of the weeds. They are all around my property. I guess remove the weeds manually or replace WM with another provider. Unfortunately, I would not recommend if you have weed that fights back.

  Great company in my experience thus far! Communication is great. I called in a couple times regarding service and they came right back out to check and reapply anywhere that still needed attention. So far this is the best company I've hired to do anything at my home in this area.

  We hired this company back in early 2021 for weed control of a new lawn. We paid them up front for 7 applications, we ended up only receiving 4! They say 5 but that’s not True, nonetheless the last time they treated our lawn was in June 2021. I called them , again as to why the weed treatment had not been done in 3 months they had no reason for it! I had to call them often for this service and was rudely told by a specific person Josh, that I’d need to call them when the service was needed?? They also treated the lawn several time for mosquitos and I noticed several of my plants dying afterwards! They did finally reimburse a very small amount for services not performed but not what they owed us! I would t recommend this place to anyone! Terrible customer service and did not perform what was promised. I will report them to BBB as well…
