      Stay away! Stay far far away. Horrible service and what I have learned recently absolutely the worst customer service. A week after Fertilizing and a Nutsedge treatment half my backyard turned to this. After trying to reach a manager for days and me having to make 4 phone calls before getting a hold of someone (never 1 call back) I finally got in touch with a manager who refuses to take any kind of blame. I was first told I don’t water my lawn properly, not to mention this was a week that it literally rained every day. Once I brought that up, they have changed paths saying my lawn has a disease and that they “100%” can guarantee that what they sprayed has nothing to do with this. After me stating I needed a refund they came back with an offer (basically adding additional service) for me to pay for their aerate and seeding but they would comp me for the “over seeding”. As I continued to complain about not refunding me on what they had done they decided to refund me $65, take away the original offer on aerating/seeding as well as put my account on hold until I call back and decide I want to use them again. I have crab grass growing where my grass is still green which I should get complimentary follow up from previous application but they said they won’t because my account is now on hold as well. Not to mention no one will come in person to look at this. I have asked for someone to come take a look at this and they refuse. They also will not own up to any wrong doing because they are all “experts” and know exactly what is going on and it is not their product. Stay away!!!

      I had written how the service did not take care of the weeds and my lawn is now at it's worse in 15 years. This is my first year with Weed Man, I have always used other companies in the past. Weed Man did reach out to me and is coming out to lime and apply another weed service. I appreciate the response. Just wish they had done it right the first time.

      Hired weed man to deal with my weeds. The weeds are doing better now then ever! They clearly only treated my front lawn. The sides and back are clogged with weeds. The schedule the pre-emergent crabgrass treatment 4 weeks after the crab grass emerged. Called twice to complain, said it would be taken care of. It wasn't. They don't follow up on complaints. Their service cost about 25 per cent more then what my neighbors were paying. I don't want them coming back. UPDATE: I'm updating and adding a star because I believe Weedman wanted to come back and remediate my weed problems. I have turned down the offer because I have already moved to a different service. Thanks for following up.
