They are really nice people people but that doesn't change the fact that I had weed man for 2 years and my lawn looks just as bad as it started. I prepaid for the year and weed man decided to add additional charges throughout the year. Therefor making the pre-paid plan a complete scam!

FIND A DIFFERENT LAWN CARE COMPANY!!!!! Horrible service! Lazy young kids who flat out admitted that they didn't do treatments that were on our check list. MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS NO SATISFACTION OR YOUR $ BACK GUARENTEE!! Our yard looks just as terrible as when we first started our year long service. They promised to eliminate our crab grass then denied saying that. They were supposed to plant grass seed and did not! Instead they handed me a bag of grass seed and told me to do it!! Kept promising results if we gave them more time and money..I feel that this is a real SCAM COMPANY!!! BEWARE!!! I'VE TALKED TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO'VE HAD THE SAME TYPE OF EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I called to get an estimate on my lawn. They did come out and measure my lawn to get pricing. The only thing was they wanted to do a preamergent on my lawn that day. I told them no that it would kill the perennial rye grass. I said that I would look over everything and give them a call if I needed them to come out for treatments. This is when the calls started everyday, 3 to 4 times a day. I asked them to make a note which said I would call them if needed. Everytime someone called I told them that right now I did not need their service and if I wanted their service in the future I would contact them. This is after answering questions like, "why did you call us?", " if everything is working for you why did you call us?", " if your lawn looks nice than why did you have us come out?" Try to tell someone that everything was going well with my lawn and if I see that I need your service I will call you was/is the hardest thing to try to convey to a person who does not listen. Why on earth would I contact a company who has people that don't listen and comprehend what the customer is trying to convey to them.
