  I have used Weed Man for my lawn fertilizer and weed control for the past two years. They are prompt with services and are excellent at communicating with customers ahead of service dates. They are also responsive to any follow up work or applications that might be needed. I’ve used a number of different companies for lawn care over the years. I’ve had the best results with Weed Man.

  I'm very disappointed with the service provided by Weed Man Law service. I hired them to help kill a weed called Creeping Charlie and 3 months $350 later the creeping charlie is still here the company did not offer any resolution besides I should have called them in between services & requested my unlimited in between services. I explained I just noticed it last week as I do not cut my own grass. I'm very dissatisfied. They refused to help resolve the issue by offering any additional services. The do however have someone calling petitioning for more money and for me to use more of their services. Below are photos of the Creeping Charlie that remains. I spoke with the management they we're less empathetic that the customer service representative. I feel like I've been taken advantage of. Signed Very Unhappy Customer Loletha

  Thank you for the note, we are sorry to hear you are disappointed with our weed control for the Creeping Charlie weed. This specific weed along with Wild Violets and a couple others are labeled by Ohio State University and other Turfgrass University Programs as "Difficult to Control Weeds". This means that under normal circumstances with regular treatments we should expect 75-90% control of this weed 12-18 months after treatment begins. These weeds take multiple applications to bring them under control. We do apologize if this was not clearly stated when you began service, as well we do offer free re-applications of weed control if you do see weeds in your lawn. We do appreciate the opportunity to provide our lawn care service to you.

  We have used Weed man for a year and a half now - Services we used thus far: 2020 to get a start; - 2 applications of comprehensive insect control - 1 application of grub control - 2 applications fertilizer etc. 2021 (prepaid for your full program) so far; - Early spring application - Spring application The easiest way to convey this review is to forward a note I recently sent of how pleased we are with the results (see last 5 pictures): "Just wanted to drop you guys a line to let you know how pleased we are with your responsiveness & services. Although I have been a homeowner for decades & know a little bit about what it takes to restore a lawn as you can see by some of the drought & insect damage we had, I had my doubts as to whether I could tackle the reseeding & get the results we wanted. Well with the right kind of weather (for a change) a fair amount of hard work on my part (tilling/preparing the soil and a commitment to proper watering etc.) and your company’s top notch products, responsiveness & where with all I’m proud to say we did it! In fact my wife & I have commented our lawn never looked better. Thanks so much & keep up the good work! Sincerely John Ferenchak"
