  Steve was our service guy until we were switched from the Bham to the Tuscaloosa market and now we have Louis and we love them both. Anytime I’ve had to call customer service they’ve been very kind, helpful and responsive. Thanks Wayne for the all around excellent service you provide.

  I try not to complain too much about customer service but when today was some of the worst I have ever received. Had an appointment for between 12-2 so I planned my day accordingly. Technician called at 9:45 to see if he could possibly come early and I told him that would actually work better for me so I rearranged my day around his request. I waited and waited and he never showed up. I finally heard from him around 1:20 that he “got busy and was headed this way.” I have pretty much wasted my entire day off waiting on them to get here. Luckily for me this will be the last time they do this to me. Already got a quote from their competitor. The customer service has not been anywhere near the same since they bought out the local company.

  Louis was very friendly and also very thorough. Great service, I would definitely recommend Wayne's.
