Very timely, competent, hands on, cordial, considerate, polite, and always so eager to please.....That's just a few ways to describe Waterquest. The crew periodically checks with me for approval and satisfaction throughout the course of their work.
They also always ask if there is anything else they  could do to improve anything before they leave......I have used them for 9 years and highly recommend them....Waterquest is the best landscaping company in the Albuquerque Metro.

i was having a problem with my sprinkler pattern i could not get it adjust right so i called the pros waterquest. there employees showed up . i took them back and showed them my problem that i was having. the two men went to work to work resetting my sprinkler heads good thing it was a warm morning one of them was standing in the middle of the lawn while the other one was doing the adjusting. job well done i give them a ten star rating.

WaterQuest did a beautiful job landscaping my back yard.  They were easy to work with, reasonably priced, and the crew was professional and efficient.  They do a yard clean up for me every 2 weeks as well.  Love this place!

We had a basic mid summer cleanup of the over grown flowers/scrubs/bushes in the front of the house.  The crew of two men did an excellent job. I consulted with them several times during the cleanup and they were respectful of my instructions and eager to get the job done the way I wanted.  I will definitely use them again.

Wanted to send a big THANK YOU to WaterQuest Landscaping for their beautiful work to part of our back yard.  We wanted some high quality turf for outdoor workouts, hangouts, and anything in between.

I recently had WaterQuest install pavers, new sprinkler/drip-line system, and new lawn on my property.  I am completely happy and satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work...and the cost of the project!   Jackie provided outstanding customer service from carefully detailing the work I wanted done, offering options, setting up the work schedule, staying in contact during the project, and following-up after the completion of the project...she was an absolute pleasure to work with!  Jackie's crew of three were incredibly professional, prompt, polite, and conscientious of their work...couldn't of ask for a better crew!  I am thrilled with the way my yard looks now and the great service I received from WaterQuest!

Al Cyr was the man from WaterQuest who came to our home to give us a estimate on repairs to our small water feature. He seemed cordial enough and gave us an estimate of $700-$900 to update and repair our fountain. He said they were busy, and it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get to our job. I said this was fine.
I NEVER heard from AL Cyr, or WaterQuest again!
After 3 1/2 weeks of waiting I called the office to see where I stand. They said Al would return my call, but I heard nothing from anyone. I expected that after reading the positive reviews I could look forward to dealing with a professional company, but for some reason, my experience was very much different.

WaterQuest’s customer service along with the attention to detail placed on my yard was fantastic! From the owner Robert, to the kind & helpful scheduler Charla, to the maintenance men, everyone took great care of us!  Maintenance and landscape coordinator Arturo recommended the type and color of gravel that would most improve the overall look of my yard right away, including placing larger cobblestones under trees to prevent gravel run-off.   He listened carefully to what I wanted, used his expertise to plan what we needed, and got the job done promptly and thoroughly!  Awesome work!  When a landscaper can get on the same wave length with a customer, it's a beautiful thing!  My yard looks great now, just what I wanted, and I'm so very happy!   I'll definitely call WaterQuest again!  Thank you all!

Yard looks fabulous! I didnt think it would look this great ever!  The only issue I have currently is that the fountain was left from the original yard work in a position where it is unsafe and I was left unsure if it will run at this time or if it would break. Another worker came out to look at it and give a quote of what it would cost to fix it, but now I am left with the bolders and rock not put back into place and it is more of a safety concern from the areas that have no rocks. This was told to the company and they assured me that another part of the business would be out immediately to fix it. That was not the case, I called back and spoke to some guy on the phone who was extremely rude and told me that they did not know when they would be able to come out and may need to hire people. I am frustrated because I was told one thing and now another thing about when someone will be available. I was really pleased with the work but now having our fountain being unsafe and unsure of, really makes this hard to want to continue my business with Water Quest.

I contacted Water Quest to aerate and power-rake my yard and they showed up at the time scheduled, checked out what needed to be completed and started the work immediately. Artwo Cardenas and his helper were very respectful of my yard and the work they did was very quick and they did better than I could have done. A job well done and very appreciated.
