  I took my car to get 2 tires replaced. They took off a perfectly good tire, leaving me with one of the damaged tires. When I brought this to their attention, they tried to say the damage happened after they replaced my tires. I proved them wrong by showing them a picture of the tire before I dropped my car off. Instead of replacing the right tire this time, they are still trying to make me pay for their mistake. Very disappointed. I already paid for the perfectly good tire they took off of my car. I should not have to pay to fix a mistake they made.

  Rachel, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. When you brought your car in, we noticed 3 of the tires had road rash on the side walls. We replaced the 2 worst of the 3 tires and even offered to replace the 3rd damaged tire at our cost plus the trade-in for the old tire. We understand this can be frustrating and if you have any other concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

  I got 4 new tires and an oil change in less than an hour. The whole crew is friendly and attentive. Before today I've purchased tires with warranty and got right in every time I had an issue with something puncturing (or flattening) one. I definitely recommend Warehouse Tire East!
