  Never showed up for appointment. Was courteous and professional on the phone so I was hopeful this company would come through and actually show up. As we've had two others blow us off for estimates too. Unfortunately they to, conveniently didn't show up to the scheduled time agreed upon for the estimate.

  Thank you for the review. We are not known for "not showing up" if an appointment was scheduled. With COVID causing lack of staffing and with communications coming from every source possible, its obvious we dropped the ball somewhere. We are all taking on more tasks outside of our normal jobs. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

  They don’t pay there employees for the work they have done nor will they return phone calls very unprofessional

  Thank you for the review. Your comments are untrue. Based on your last name it we know the employee you are referencing. As mentioned before, paperwork still needs to be completed by Matthew. Not showing up to work then providing a written excuse, on a ripped up folder, stating the reason for his absence and the numerous messages stating he did not quit and will be reporting to work does not provide the information we need from him. We did receive a correct address when he called over the Holidays. The document needed from him is being mailed. His check will be issued upon receipt of his information. Thank you again for the review and for the information.
