So. No shopping carts.. had to use one with the new locking wheels. Asked several employees how to unlock...not one knew how to...so I pulled the cart the whole time.  GREAT  SYSTEM.. they have what you need BUT be prepared to carry all of it.

Went to the store  for some dickies work pants in big and tall size. They didn't have it on the shelfs so I asked the young man that worked the are if they  had any of the size I needed  and found the last one in stock. He was very helpful and respectful.

Bring a calculator, or download the calculator app on your phone. Unit prices are wrong in multiple areas of the store.
Please teach employees that the consumer cares about the price per unit of the item on the shelf, not how much Walmart pays for the item in bulk. Ex. A 12oz bottle of ketchup that is sold at $2.39 has a unit price of $0.20; Not $44.80

So Im really really trying not to complain but Ive had enough! I work for Door dash which is sub contracted to use Walmart for grocery pick ups. I also will pick up  peoples bigger items and deliver it to their homes, using my own car and gas. What are your employees telling people when they call and complain about them not getting their items they shopped for? Are they blaming the drivers for their mistakes? Cause the company does look into this and will call us on a 3 way call with the customer who is upset. Multiple times Ive been given the wrong orders cause the employees either mislabel it, or put it on the wrong pallet, and we are suppose to just trust their judgement, cause if you ask them a simple question about it being the right order they get offended or you get an attitude. I know your shoppers get paid around 19.O0 an hour and they still are messing things up and its really beginning to be a problem.. Maybe corp. Needs to investigate these matters. Also Im taking a break from door dash for a while, until these matters get fixed
