walked in and got ignored by workers. stood around for ten minutes before getting any help. literally watched two people come in after me and get help before i did. doctor walks off in the middle of trying to help me. and tries to push me off onto another worker so he could go outside and smoke. definitely will never go again. i will go blind and risk my life driving to target or another eye place. do not waste your time and money

The self-check out  has updated & is faster than a year ago at least.  Sometimes they have good deals on clearance isle but I tried to buy a 30Lb  dumb bell weight 3 months ago that was priced @ $20 but because they couldn’t find a match that suggested the accuracy of pricing I was denied the discount so I put most of my stuff back & left.  The auto center has always been on point as far as oil changes when I don’t have the time to do it myself.

This location is usually on point with inventory which is unusual for Walmart these days. Do all my weekly, holiday, impulse etc shopping here and I’ve never really been disappointed. Would recommend anyone to get their necessities here, not to mention the staff is always helpful and unlike most Walmart stores there’s always more than one lane open as well as self scan. They done my sons birthday cake as well and I was highly satisfied.

Big SHOUT OUT To Dakota & crew in tire shop. Blew a tire on my trailer on a Sunday evening while on the road. Being a Sunday and 6 o'clock I thought I am screwed. Everyone is closed. These guys went the extra mile to get me back on the road when most would have said "it's quitting time! These guys got to it and got it done. If any management reads this and really cares about your employees call Dakota in & tell him "good job" give him a raise. He's the kind that is hard to find. Even harder to keep. Thanks again Dakota & crew.

Walmart is a great place to shop, if you want to save money, and enjoy "one stop" shopping.
That said...
The lack if employees, is a major problem.
When you need assistance, and are lucky enough to find an associate, they are very helpful.
But...
Finding an associate is like pulling teeth, in the dark.
I personally, stood in the electronics department for an hour, waiting for help to buy a cell phone, and screen protector, to no avail.
The amount of money, that level of customer neglect, is costing them, must be staggering.
Up your game Walmart.
Hire some employees.

Would have not given any stars but have to choose at least one. I purchased an iphone yesterday morning on February 16th. The young girls at the phone center were pleasant and helpful but because of some computer issue with transferring my current phone number I left without a valid phone number or a service plan though supposedly I signed up for Verizon. Was told I would be contacted with that information. I have not. But the one star review concerns the lack of customer service by customer service. I have called over twenty times each to customer service and the electronics department yesterday afternoon, evening and again this morning and they refuse to answer the phone. After endless ringing it is disconnected. Also called the corporate customer service number and she was also unable or unwilling to help. So after paying over $500, I did not use the installment plan, I have a phone that does not currently work and was also not informed that it does not come with a charger. I now have to make a return trip on my day off Friday to see if I am able to resolve this issue or return the phone. Though I do not shop at this store you can be sure that after tomorrow I will never step foot in this Walmart again.

Wish i could give 0 stars.  Placed an online order,  ready for pick up at 2:30, then at 2 get an email saying order was canceled because they were out of stock. Sucks but there's worse things no biggie.  Except,  the $330 dollars they put a hold on the don't charge until pick up,  the hold won't release even though they canceled from not knowing the inventory. So it takes 7 days to get the hold released so it's 10 times worse then charging.  Instead of a refund I am stuck without $330 for a week. Last time ever ordering from Walmart. Terrible system, terrible company.

This is a super Wal mart
bigger than old one here in town.
Alot of merchandise to choose from and pretty fast lines,I use express lane a self checkpoint usually to move along faster and get out
Good clean overall store,friendly people I grew up here so I know alot ot staff here.Very nice.
It has came along way from the old one I grew up with here.
Glad it has grown and has a lot more selections to choose from and cool pick up options as well.

Staff are polite and helpful, only issue is lack of checkouts for people who do not want to use self checkout for an entire weeks groceries!!

I'm pleased to see shelves are filling in some areas.I enjoy shopping at the Columbia Walmart,met some very nice people there.
