visited tennessee for a short day vacation. the establishment is clean and on proper order. wide parking garage and the site is along the highway. easy to locate.

I'm just letting this Walmart and others know that the management is not good.   Several of the aisles were very bare.    We came to purchase gifts while we were in the area and needed in the knife case and the flash light case in sporting goods.
We asked several times for help. We were told someone would be there.  We waited a good hour and a half and finally someone came. They said that they didn't have the keys, so she called the manager a few times and was supposed to get the keys.
Another 20 or so minutes later we just left. Without the gifts we wanted.
We are not upset. Just want everyone to know.

Walmart can be counted on for quite a few bad things. The worst of which is they always have plenty of what someone may want but never what they need when needed. This complaint has not just been since Covid, but has always been so for me. They seem to think the best time to stock the shelves is during the busiest time of day and the busiest shopping day of the week. I’m unsure as to why they don’t stock at night considering they are open all night. Again, this isn’t new. The prices are getting higher and the staff becomes less and less. They should pay me to ring up my own groceries. If you speak to management about a problem it is never resolved. Case and point, both restrooms have flickering lights in them. I’ve never spoken to management before accepting in this matter as I am epileptic and am prone to seizures in any kind of flashing or flickering lights. I spoke with them on 7 different occasions and was assured each time that they would be fixed, but have not as of 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately I need frequent bathroom breaks and can no longer use the facilities. I politely reminded them that it was in their best interest to have them fixed to avoid any lawsuits that may occur due to negligence. Sam Walton is rolling over in his grave right now!

The store's employees were great given the overload of people on Good Friday. It took two hours to get out of there. I don't know if they had a problem in finding staff or if the whole area recognizes that holiday or what, but take note it will take a while to get through. You'll find the usual items here so no problem in that area. Again, if you're pressed for time look for another location.
