Went to exchange Air Fryer bought as gift. I lost receipt and we as told largest refund without receipt is $50 but due to holiday it was raised to $70. I bought the Air Fryer for $119.00 before taxes. I bought it with credit card but that still didn't help...Not very helpful or courteous...

Well kept!! This Wal-Mart was clean, stocked up, and amazingly zoned! Im sure you won't be disappointed 🎉🙌🙈😱

This isn't for the entire store but just the hair salon. My sister went to get her hair bleached and colored, they bleached her hair for 2 hours which only should've taken 30min and ruined her hair. Her hair is now dead and falling out everywhere, she asked how they could fix it and for her money back and they said it wasn't their problem when it was. The salon almost made my sister bald she now can't even use a normal towel or comb because it takes chunks of hair out.

Always a fan of shopping Walmart!! Not a fan of a majority of ladies ?working? the customer service desk or those working the floor(stockers and other staffs not running a till! But even some checkers can't be bothered to say hello or have a nice day when helping customers). Customer Service is poor at best. The service desk is understaffed and a smile might break a face in that department! Bathrooms should be avoided if possible unless you travel with toilet paper and cleaning supplies And worth mentioning, there is no discount for self checkout despite the fact that the price tag reflects the making, shipping, handling/stocking, scanning and bagging cost of each item by staff(examples..factory workers, truck drivers, warehouse sorters, pallet builders, supervisors, stockers, checkers, security guards/system the custodians and the greeters!). I am still a fan of this place and shop here often even if the employees are lacking, slacking and in need of customer service training in the worst way!!

Does not answer phones, not always helpful, sometimes you are ignored by service personnel on floor. Customer service desk has been nice lately. Does not answer their phone.
