Nothing was found on the shelves, it took 10 to 15 minutes to wait on a customer service cashier at the electronics department, the restrooms needed more housekeeping duties and the checkout lines were longer it seemed because only 7 was checking people out. Went in to grab some well needed medicine and you can see what I came across. And this is not one day this has happened, this is Everytime I go into Walmart.

It was very clean didn't have much of a choice of pre-made cakes, flowers peddles was falling off before I left the store but they all looked sickly, cake decorating icing or birthday candles. However if you order online for pick up the employees are friendly as a lot faster then most even if your the only one there some Wal-Mart's still take their time but this was very quick.

Very rude. My husband and I are in our 70’s and we’re self checking. We had a box of wine and the lady associate wanted both of us to produce an ID. I left my purse at home but my husband showed her his and she said that we BOTH must show our IDs. I said that he was buying the wine and she said NO! You both are. We asked for the manager and all he could say was he backed up her decision. Never had this happen before! Very rude and 0 customer service.

Pick-up groceries is great. I don't have to walk all over the place and wait in line. Great job.

This location is poorly stocked (not because of COVID, but well before then. COVID explains many empty shelves now, but not why it's impossible to get something as basic as sesame seeds or immitation crab or much of anything honestly. Most recipes I decide to try I need to scrap or heavily alter cause Walmart in town just doesn't have the basic components.) and management is pretty rude, and from what I hear awful to work for.

They're probably way too lax on the masks. They supposedly have someone up front enforcing it (just yet ANOTHER person standing around doing nothing but "preventing theft" tbh), people just walk in without them anyway. That's many businesses here, sure. But it's part of how I know why COVID based excuses for their behavior and choices just isn't true.

This walmart literally doesn't care about helping customers, or having anything streamlined.
They don't care about health or safety. They care about having ~6 workers standing around in various places to "prevent theft", while 2-3 people are actually working the check outs (frantically with 10+ people in line often), and maybe another 3-4 are stocking things throughout.

Total mismanagement and very misplaced priorities

Whenever I go with bright hair or anything invariably someone working there will compliment it and then get sad because they don't have that freedom. Because their (fascist) boss says dyed hair is bad or offensive for some reason, but not micromanaging something as personal as what choices you can even make for your own hair and body.

As a customer I'm telling you explicitly.
Banning dyed hair, tattoos, piercings, etc in a low wage workforce is FAR more offensive than seeing workers as individuals who are allowed free expression and basic rights over their own bodies.
And as a worker, I never work for anyone with such requirements.  Because I don't like rewarding that 1950s mindset. Not in the 21st century for sure.

That is a common yet sickening practice that many older and out of touch managers stick with. Sure. But I find it worth complaining about. Just like I do the rampant wage theft (not paying workers what they're owed, scheduling unpaid hours/demands to work off the clock, fraudulent behavior to avoid having to pay full time or overtime benefits to workers working 50+ hours every week etc. Very common. Very disgusting. Very much needs to be talked about. And far more of a thing that adds up to far more losses from theft EVERY YEAR than actual normal people stealing from stores, regular people, or even to the super rich specifically. So it's definitely where I'd put my anti theft efforts in. If I actually cared about workers, law, fairness, or what's right. But they don't. They only care about profits. Like most businesses under capitalism.)

What really grinds my gears about this store  SPECIFICALLY though, is just how anti poor they really are. While also preying upon the desperation of poor people in low income communities.

They used to have benches inside and out that were perfect for waiting for little Dixie or any other ride.
But I guess they realized poor people need to sit and wait for a while and actively took them out to screw us over. Because they got offended that sometimes we'd eat lunch or something?
That shows a huge increase in these fascistic attitudes and mindsets from management.

Now EVERY time I have to go sit on the ground for 1hr or longer often. Difficult to just put my earbuds in and crochet. And even more difficult when people start harassing me to ask if I'm "okay" or borderline act like they're going to call cops on me for being "homeless seeming" or  whatever. Just because I don't have a freaking *car* or any decent place to wait with $200 worth of groceries etc.

It feels gross every time I walk in and spend money there. I much preferred save a lot (who kept their bench and always understood little Dixie and getting food from nearby stands etc). Now there's really just cash saver.

This Walmart is destroying the community and the better, local options. And it's really angering.

This is one of the better Walmarts in this area, but if you're like me, i would rather have my pinky toe cut off than to ever have to go to another Walmart for the rest of my life. I hate all of them. All jokes aside, it has its pros and cons. They usually have what you need, but the isles are too close together for a shopping cart to turn around. They're constantly moving items around, or if you find something you like, they will discontinue carrying it forever. They have only a couple registers ran by employees, the rest are automated. This is a huge inconvenience, especially since I'm not on the payroll.

The Walmart in Idabel Oklahoma had grate costumer service  they help me fined what I was looking for and even went to the back to get it for me since  it was not on the shelf . They vary respectful .

Great prices on Keto necessities AND they had DIET DR PEPPER WITH CREME SODA!!!! WIN!

Checking out at this  Walmart is one of the worst experiences in any Walmart I've ever experienced.avoid at all cost

Currently parked in the pickup area outside, spot #5. Been here exactly 1 hour so far. Ordered yesterday. 12 vehicles have already picked up their groceries. Straight up ridiculous 😒
