The only times I've been in there was water and dirt all over the floor. A lot of the plants are dead or dying and they keep some bikes out there and the fact that it doesn't have a proper roof means that the rain rusts the bikes. I'd recommend buying seeds here rather than pre-grown plants, because they have a better chance of survival.
