This walmart has gone downhill tremendously. My friend and I needed salt for our steps and I was told to use pool salt once I located it (not directed) another employee said they didn't know (he was between me and the bag) he pointed at it and said "there it is" he didn't offer to help me, so I carried the heavy bag as far as I could and as it slid down I watched two cashiers walk over to two other cashiers to begin what the employees in this store do best, talk and visit amongst themselves. I have repeatedly seen this behavior and finally had to say something.

Wal Mart is our go to for certain items. We use Sam's club. But sometimes you just don't use how much of each item you need. I think most people will be happy with what they find.

The "manager" who is really just a csm, lied to my face about company policy, claiming she was following corporate policy. I have, in fact, confirmed that she was mistaken and abusing her limited authority. I hope they deal with her fraudulent and deceitful action swiftly and firmly.
