  My experience with Vitale's Landscape has been awful. Complained to HOA and Kramer Triad and because they didn't think it was an issue. Things got worse. Worker, with a smirk on his face, even ran large commercial lawnmower within 2 - 3 feet of me as I walked by dogs! But it all started when I just complained about the quality of their work about a year ago. I'm not a grass snob, but things were okay for a bit then this summer, it's been a nightmare because I am only one voice and if I'm the only one getting bad service as what appears to be retaliation for complaining, then I am the only one who suffers. Just know that if you have disagreements with them, and you don't personally have the ability to fire them because you live in a condo, things could get worse FAST. I live in Links West in Canton and wish I was renting right now because it's so not worth the grief. I'm simply going to look to rent my place out. Unfortunately Kramer Triad and board of Links West Condos are doing nothing but telling me that the service to the grass around my unit is standard. But I've been around the neighborhood and it is not. Leave a message if you'd like to see pics/video of their work - and know that they think the pictures are satisfactory work. Good luck. P.S. If thing improve, I will post updates.. but so far this summer, nothing has gotten better.. Only worse. ***UPDATE*** September 28, 2014 Things got better for two weeks but then bad again. And I recently learned from a Kramer Triad rep that the young worker who tried to scare me and my dogs and could have injured me or killed them, was the son of the owner of Vitale's Landscaping. Something is clearly wrong with an individual who would do that. I could NEVER EVER recommend this company. Not even to an enemy if they had dogs. **UPDATE** September 4, 2014 Not sure what was the catalyst, but there has been a remarkable 180 degree turn in the service performed outside my condo unit. For two weeks in a row, I must say Vitale's has performed a very nice job. All I ever wanted was the care I was seeing to the grass around my neighbor's units and to feel my pets and I were safe around their workers - and for the second week in a row, that is what has happened. Was I hesitant about posting this positive review after such unpleasantness - fearing it won't last? Yes, but I've always considered myself to be a fair person and whether they fired those with the bad behavior or simply forced/encouraged them to straighten up after I'd written bad reviews, it doesn't matter.. At least not today. Hopefully the good work will continue because this was the first time and hopefully the last I will have to visit this review board.
