Have used this service for several years, and recently I made an appointment to have them aerate my lawn. Called ahead as I wanted to know when they were coming so that I could move my children's trampoline. Arrived home yesterday to find my lawn "partially" aerated as I received not phone call and the trampoline was unmoved; however, the bill was in full. Called today and was told my home was too far of a distance to send someone out to remedy the situation. After our final treatment this year, I will no longer use their service as they did not fulfill the agreed upon terms, and did nothing to remedy the mistake that I now paid for. UPDATE: Called to cancel, and they didn't even ask why. Seems like a business unwilling to listen to their customers. Be wary of using them if they error.

Our grass has looked terrible each of the last two years with Vital and Green treating it. During this year's draught, while the rest of our neighbor's grass simply turned brown but revived with each rain, our lawn featured large dead spots that continued to grow. I called Vital and Green in June and the receptionist stated someone would stop out to verify if we had grub/lawn fungus/etc. No one stopped out. My wife stopped them from treating our torched lawn a few weeks ago and told them to stop service, stating she would consult with me whether or not to continue with their services (as we've had massive 30 sq ft dead patches and so many weeds we've had to pull them by hand all year). Today, some guy shows up to treat even though we asked them to stop. My wife tells him to stop, restating that she told him the last time that we were done with their services. He looked her square in the eyes and told her our lawn "looks great", "hardly has any weeds", that the massive dead spots were "an insect we'd need to treat next spring" and that he "was almost done anyways". He stated that his company left me a VM and if I didn't respond it's their job to treat our lawn. Sorry bud, if my wife says don't treat our grass, that doesn't mean come back in two weeks and treat our grass. What were we paying for this spring/this entire time? Our lawn looks significantly worse than our neighbors who don't professionally treat their grass. Why were no recommendations for improvement ever made? The outcome of their work has been extremely poor and considering how rude they were to my wife, we will never use them again. Better off doing it myself.

I called customer service about the service I recieved today, to tell them I wasn't happy with the quality, I've had this service for 5 years. The female that I talked to said that she wasn't going to apologize, and asked me if I wanted to cancel, so I did. Very poor customer service. They sent out 2 young men, who knew nothing about my lawn and didn't know what I needed to do. They left me no information about all the problems my lawn was having, or what treatment I needed . I have mole and grub damage and they didn't address any of this. For an almost $90 treatment, 5 times a year, I could do it better myself.
