  Bought my weed whacker, Stihl brand, been very happy with it and every year I get it serviced and the Virginia Outdoor Power Equipment staff are pleasant, especially Christopher. They've also serviced my Honda lawnmower and leaf blowers from Home Depot. The only thing that isn't their fault is supplies, it took 7 months to get a new belt for my lawnmower. Luckily, I didn't need it right away.

  I called to make sure they had a eco 250 in stock. They said yes and gladly took my money. When I called them after a week without hearing from anyone, they said “whoops, we sold your unit to someone else; we’ll order you a new one.” and told me it “wouldn’t be that long”. I had to call them a month later to see where it was and they told me it would be “early 2022” ( many months after my order that was supposed to ship within 7 days). When I go to cancel, I can’t get a call back or my refund right away. Not once have they been honest, easy to work with, or communicative. Buyer beware!!!!

  They told me they couldn't get parts from manufacturer and that my generator was essentially useless. I contacted the manufacturer and the part was shipped that day. Where they lying or incompetent? Either way, avoid this place.
