  Best I can do thus far. Dropped off mower for repair 3 weeks ago, now Victoria Farm has gone radio silent. No phone calls with updates and when we call them, no one answers the phone and the voice mailbox is full (Jennifer- you need to check your voicemail). Was thinking of purchasing a zero turn through them, but with this level of customer service, not so sure.

  Hello, we apologize for the lack of communication over the past few weeks. To say the last few weeks have been a whirlwind for us would be an understatement. We had an unexpected death in our family and being a family-owned and operated entity, this sudden death of a 24-year-old affected our entire family. We followed that up by practically our entire staff going out with COVID-19 and we are finally recovering and able to reopen. We will make contacting you the first priority and we assure you this is not the level of service you would typically receive as evidenced by our 76 years in business and multiple reviews online.   Terrific sales people.tooknin in a part to order.it was high priced. So fixed it for me .guess what it only took 2 - 3 sec to fix. He said NO CHARGE. That service you don't get every day.
