  When in to ask some questions about a mower I was interested in, they answered all my questions and were very polite and friendly,I ended up buying the mower I was looking at, this is my second unit from here and they will always have my business from now on.

  Took my Titan HD mower in for service. When I picked it up it had white spots all over which doesn't was off. They said they only use water to wash off equipment. Well something spotted the paint on my mower and it wasn't that way when I took it in! A total lack of caring or concern.This was not my first bad experience with them but it is definitely my last.

  Wonderful purchase experience at Vassey. Our salesperson Kevin was great help on the phone and assisted us in finding the right zero turn mower for our needs when we arrived. Lots of professionals there to answer our questions and I got a quick but thorough tutorial before we loaded it up.The selection was excellent and the showroom was immaculate and well-lit. I felt like we were setting ourselves up for an ongoing relationship for parts, accessories, and service in the future.
