You can always count on them telling you what's exactly going on being being honest and fair. I will buy a mower, trimmer, blower and ect from them again. I wouldn't even look anywhere else. Because it wouldn't come with the customer service & A++ Mechanic. That you get at Valley Outdoor Equipment  !!!!!!!! 😀

Outstanding customer service!  Excellent repair service for my older Cub Cadet Zero Radius mower.  I especially appreciate the availability of pick up and delivery.  Valley Outdoor excels at honest communication, mechanical assessment and customer service.

Every positive review reflects my experience with valley outdoor. I have a somewhat obscure mower (yahzoo/keys). Some parts are hard to come by. Rusty exceeded all expectations. I would spend more $ to enjoy the customer service they show, yet their prices are competitive. It takes an exceptional experience good or bad for me to write a review.

Knowledgeable owners and mechanics. Friendly service with a smile. Excellent selection of industry leading names. Equipment for everyone from your average joe homeowner, to your large lawn care company with 50 employees. Highly recommend this place.

Rusty and Pam really go out of their way to assist their customers. Service and sales are what they do best. In my experience I have been very satisfied with every transaction I have had there. This includes my zero turn mower purchase to power trimming equipment as well. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Oh, and by the way you must check out their pooch that does a hilarious rope trick. Makes me laugh every time I visit!

Only place that will treat the regular person like they are a big lawn business person. Also takes the time to get to know their customers. Haven't been there in over a year and they still know my name.

Pam was the most helpful, informative person I've come across in the mower buying process. The gentleman that walked me through the mower features was equally as helpful. Even provided some pro tips on how not to tear up the yard with the new zero turn
