Asked for a quote and was told it would be done by Saturday and 2 weeks later still nothing. It was your business. You only took 9 months to respond to the review.

Never was asked to do a bid for this individual....must have been another company as we don't do bids until we are within a six month window of install. Currently we are booked out for up too two seasons.
