  Rick from V3 lawn care rang our doorbell and offered lawn maintenance services. The timing was perfect as we had been looking for someone to do weekly mowing and weeding. He gave us a price and we agreed to the service. He mowed for us a total of three times and the work was hastily and poorly done. We had to ask him multiple times to also do the weeding and when he finally did, he told us there would be an additional charge for this which was never mentioned when he originally quoted the job and again most of the weeds were missed and we had to do the job ourselves. He never showed up for the fourth mowing. After hearing nothing from him for three days, we finally went out and bought a lawnmower and have done the job ourselves since. Several days later, he called and was irritated that it appeared the lawn had been done. We told him that when he never showed up, we did it ourselves and would no longer require his services. A month later he billed us for that fourth mowing in addition to the others. I sent a check for the three mowings that he did do on the same day I received the invoice. Since then he has harassed us with emails claiming he never got the payment and threatening to send us to collections. To say his business practices are shady is an understatement. We are truly sorry we ever answered the door the day he showed up and hope that we can spare somebody else from the same unpleasant experience we’ve had.

  This customer received invoices for 3 months. 90 days past due. At the 90-day Mark a final invoice was sent stating the customer was going to go to collections. At that point the customer finally responded saying there was an incorrect date on the service. Upon review the date was removed. And the bill was adjusted and the invoice sent out at the end of the month. A normal billing cycle. The customer was also offered to pay the bill with no late fees at all. Being completely cordial to the customer. Service was provided as indicated weekly.. One week the team pulled up to cut the grass and the grass had already been cut. The customer went with another company with no notification to our team. No issues not a problem at all. V3 had no problem with finding service made no issue about it at all that's totally fine. To note The grass at the customer's house was extremely high and we did not increase our prices. Because that is the way we do business. The customer leaves this review after being told that they need to pay their bill and are going to be sent to collections. The customer also claims that a check was sent . the check was never received and the check was never cashed. Therefore we don't know if the check was actually ever mailed . so to be fair we simply said you can pay online or you can send another check no-questions-asked no late fees charged, if the check is received or the online payment is made promptly. And this is the customer's response. V3 is proud to say that we have excellent customer service and will continue to provide that. Please note the customer still has not paid their bill at this time. An update minutes after posting this review the customer paid their bill. paid no late fee or anything. Even though it was 90 days past due. I would say V3 is being very fair to a customer. I don't think any other business would do that.

  V3 is an amazing company! Ryan was prompt, professional, and extremely thorough. He went above and beyond to complete the work I needed accomplished at my property. He bent over backward to fit me into his packed schedule, and I am very thankful he did. If you need any work done at your home or property, highly recommend you go with V3!
