Horrible experience. We paid $350 for a bush and yard clean up and all they did was spray chemicals. We pre-paid $450 for a month and a half of service to equal 6 cuts on 9/26. They came out for 2 cuts. Some of our plants died. Our landscapers said they died because of the chemicals this company sprayed. It cost $750 to replace the one. Our assistant told them when they originally came out that they shouldn't spray the chemicals and their response was, "you want us to clean by hand?" Which he replied, "That would be part of the bush and clean up." During their visit, the sprinkler was on. They told our assistant they needed them turned off. Our assistant didn't know how to turn them off and upgrade took it upon themselves to turn it off. They broke the valve and the sprinklers wouldn't turn on. We had new plants put in so this was a bad situation for us as we were gone that week and didn't know. Our landscapers said it looked like someone "stomped the valve and broke it". The "clean up" was poorly done and since they killed the plants that cost us $750 and broke our valve, we decided to cancel. My husband said not to touch anything at our house again and we were canceling them. I explained they killed our plants and asked to be refunded the $300 we pre-paid for services not rendered (the 4 lawn cuts). They wouldn't answer. I emailed again and called, no answer. Our other assistant called and asked for the $300 back for the 4 lawn cuts and explained how they killed our plants and broke our valve leaving our sprinklers off for a week leaving our newly planted trees in bad health. At first, they said they never sprayed anything. When she got our other assistant on 3-way that spoke to them about spraying is a bad idea, they said they barely sprayed anything. Story changed. They then said they came to mow the lawn and even if the lawn was already mowed (we told them not to come and we hired someone else) they were charging us anyway. Our assistant explained we told them not to touch our yard again or be on our property without permission so they shouldn't have been over to mow. They then said they weren't over to mow but would keep the pre-pay because we paid for time on their books. Again, the story changed. Poor service all around. We basically paid $800 for 2 lawn cuts, dead plants that cost us $750 in addition to the $800 (we didn't replace the others) and a broken valve that left out sprinkler out of service for a week. Luckily, our landscaper felt bad we received such poor service from our lawn guy and replaced the valve for free with hopes our newly planted trees would survive. Luckily, they did. That $800 included the runaround and lies. Not cool. Lack of integrity.

I'm sorry you feel we did something wrong...I know for a fact we were there and did NOT spray your bushes and told your assistant the sprinklers were broken when we arrived and he never passes that info to you. I emailed you several times to meet and see all issues and you ignored all of them
