  We've been in our home for almost 15 years and have always wanted to have more outdoor living space, but somehow it never happened. When the time came when we realized that we could dedicate some resources to the job, we realized that we really needed some guidance from a professional to help us out. We found great reviews for Unlimited Landscaping and really awesome projects they'd completed on their website. I called and left a message that we wanted something but needed help in figuring out what that was. Within minutes, Duane called me back and assured me that helping folks figure out what works for three is part of the service they provide. Fast forward and we've met with Duane, who listened to all our hopes and concerns (about our old house and property) and he turned around with some amazing solutions for the problems we feared would prevent us from having our outdoor living space. Duane and his team (especially Sam) were enormously kind, professional, informative, and expert in their efforts. We went from a barren backyard to a wonderful and somewhat magical space for our family. Mahalo nui, Duane!

  The job started out great. Duane was responsive and friendly. Very easy to talk to. There were definitely some communication issues as the job progressed. I ended up very unhappy and now he has basically refused to come correct issues that he said he would. I would not recommend, and definitely will not be using their services in the future. Some of the problems could have been headed off if I had required more specific language in the contract. Be very careful of vague wording and get exact measurements in the contract language if you do decide to use them.. plus note- I was really really pleased with Sam and his team- the sub contractor that was used for masonry.

  Great company to work with! Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were also very friendly and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. They truly value their customers and I am so glad I hired them. Thank you Unlimited Landscaping my yard has never looked so beautiful!
