  Worst service and unprofessional management I have ever dealt with in my life. We hired them to do lawn treatment and the first time they came out I witnessed the technician spray one strip of the backyard and then leave. When we contacted the company to cancel we talked to some sort of “manager” and he was just awful. While on the phone he was mimicking and belittling everything we were saying and almost laughing it off. Pretty much saying we were lying. Don’t go with this company unless you want to be charged for a service that wasn’t completed and deal with terrible management and customer service.

  These guys are great! Exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Due to my error, the UltraGreen team showed up on a day that I could not have them do an aeration service. Without any pushback or frustration, they accommodated my request to come back at a later time, despite it likely making their schedule more difficult. I will continue to use this company due to their exceptional customer service. Thank you, UltraGreen team!

  After having less than stellar results from turfmasters and trugreen, I found these guys. What makes them better? Honesty. They won't promise results that they aren't sure they can deliver. Grass is a living entity that is unpredictable. These guys do their best to apply the right products at the right time, and at the end of the day, your results may vary. The best thing I like about ultragreen is that they don't just "shotgun blast" my lawn with every product they have. If I need it, they recommend it. If I can do it myself, they tell me that I can. They handle about 85% of what gets applied to my lawn, and I'm confident that it's being done right! When I had an issue, they were responsive, and concerned to fix my lawn. These guys aren't the ripoff artists in the big Green truck. They care for my lawn like it was their own. Very satisfied!
