  I have used UltraCutz twice in the past few months. They take great pride in their work. Most of all, unlike other tree services I have used, they over delivered. That is they did more work than I expected. They were very careful and meticulous and only wanted to please us. It is refreshing to have enthusiastic and capable tree experts who understand customer service and earning your business. Our front Pigmy Date Palm has never looked so good.

  At the beginning of April Ultra Cutz broke a tile on our roof. We were told they would return to fix it. After multiple attempts to reach them, weeks later they came back but they had the wrong tile. The owner is no longer responding to our texts. It has now been an entire month and we still have a missing tile on our roof. We understand mistakes happen and we were not upset about the broken tile until we realized we are going to have to pay for it ourselves.
