The owners and staff at UltraLawn are top notch! They arrive on time and do a great job. This winter David Gibson even gave my mailbox area a quick snow berm cleaning...and I wasn’t even on the snow removal list ...he just did it to be kind. You can’t go wrong by hiring them and you will be supporting a family owned business. They are a kind and generous family who deserve Post Falls homeowners support.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but beware if you use this company once they'll assume you want to use them again. They'll just show up to your house without your verbal consent, or without you even arranging the appointment. Then they'll send you a bill for it! They showed up to my rental property without my permission, or without letting my tenants know they were there. They then proceeded to leave the gate open for their dog and small children to possibly escape from. I don't think they realize or care that most people have to budget for services, and prefer setting up appointments for when they can afford it. The owner wouldn't even have the common courtesy of calling me to figure out what happened. Now I'm stuck paying for a service I didn't even want!

Courtney You are correct that we are a continuous service from year to year and that is why our customer love and appreciate our service-easy and we do the scheduling for you. That being said you have been a customer of ours for many years and this is how we have done this every year. Further more we do contact our customers including the following 1. Spring letter outlining services and prices scheduled and to call with any changes 2. Spring phone call to go over services and any changes for the year. 3. Phone call the night before service as a reminder. It does appear in our system that all of these notifications did happen. We are all about communication here at Ultra-Lawn and will continue to improve the way we communicate with our loyal customers in a timely fashion. This company definitely cannot handle the growth in this area. They left my system broken and never came back to fix the issues. Some of them they had caused. I just hired another company to resolve these issues and will be charging Ultra Lawn for any costs endured. If payment is not received from Ultra Lawn, a small claims court filing will be initiated.

This was our response to Jason when he was told his repair was scheduled 2 weeks out behind other customers. This was a bid he requested and approved. Never started, completed or money collected for. Jason I wanted to make sure you understood what I was trying to relay to you in our conversation on the phone today. We will not be able to do the repair on your sprinkler system that you requested an estimate for. As explained we are running shorthanded and the timeline would obviously be a bit longer than what you are expecting. Sorry we can not accommodate you sooner. As far as the claims that our tech changed your box in any way does not seem to be the case. The tech was only there to turn the system on and when seeing the condition of the manifold this was brought to your attention and obviously agreed with his recommendation by signing the estimate you requested. Obviously this is why you requested this manifold system to be replaced as it was not serviceable. From my understanding you were present during his visit and he showed you what the problems were. As far as your unprofessionalism and rude behavior including cursing at me and hanging up, this is not called for and is not tolerated from any of our customers. We will not be servicing your property in the future. Please pay your outstanding invoices with us and good luck to you in the future. Your Backflow report has been completed and has been filed with the irrigation system for this year. I also will wave the initial visit turn on cost to look at your system. David Gibson Ultra-Lawn
