  US Lawns has been my ground maintenance contract vendor for almost 5 years. From tree install and removal, spring/summer flower annual install, mulch spread, mowing of the back bank behind our property, installation of dog park, etc., they never disappoint. Daniel Moriarty is my GO TO GUY. Daniel always has AMAZING input when it comes to putting the ideas in my head on paper and making them come true. My property is all about "curb appeal". Daniel goes above and beyond to make sure our front entrance is exactly how I want it and I will say our 2019 Summer annuals were the best ones yet!!! I never have to go out and oversee the workers or contact the vendor for "no shows". My weekly lawn service is always on time, arrives ready to get the job done, and continues to do so week after week, month after month, and year after year. I have had multiple vendors in the last 5 years try to get our business switched from U.S. Lawns over to them. And every time, like clock work, I say " no thanks!" No matter if it will save us a buck or not because like my mama always says "you pay for what you get"! So thank you Daniel Moriarty and all of my US Lawns guys for not only making my property look AMAZING, but for making my life so much easier as a Property Manager- not an easy task to do haha! Your friends at 811 East Downtown!

  For some reason they drive slow with a trailer in the left lane on I-40, the laws regarding slower traffic keep right are irrelevant to the driver. People were driving nuts cutting off others trying to get around this driver impeding traffic.

  Safety is always top of mind when our crews are on the roads or on properties. Driving safely is obviously one of our key points. Our driver may not have seen a safe time to change lanes as quickly as people may have wanted, but when pulling a trailer, changing lanes fast is not an option. As you said, "People were driving nuts cutting off others trying to get around this driver," so in that situation, he may not have felt he had enough safe space around his vehicle and trailer to make a lane change. We will bring this up in our safety meeting discussions, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Better safe than sorry, however.   I recommend US Lawns for their quality workmanship, attentiveness to the details of the job. I had them spread river rock, plant, prune up some overgrowth. They were responsive from the start. Listened to what I was looking for in the work and followed through in professional and timely way with positive attitudes! Communication and willingness to do a quality job!
