  1 year with a US Lawns contract, and approximately $20,000 later, this is how my property looks. My contract included deweeding, edging, a turf program with mowing, fertilization, pre-emergent herbicide, and more. I paid extra for aerating and seeding. It’s been six months since they aerated and seeded, and this is how it looks now. They never fixed it. US Lawns doesn’t see the problem with any of this. I included pictures so you can decide for yourself. Some of the areas that are covered in weeds were mulched by US Lawns. They just let the weeds grow over the mulch. It made no difference. In other areas, they blew away the mulch with leaf blowers.
