  Rudest employees I have encountered - showed me his middle finger while I was looking out the window watching them plow. They don’t value their customers. Owner also walked away from me while I was talking to him.

  This is not true, Customer was very rude to my employee and was also to me. I walked off because she was not being pleasant with me.

  Unfortunately, we tried to called regarding service about the lawn care service timing on three separate occasions with no response. When service person did show up, inquired about service and received very unresponsive answers to inquiry. Tyler then went on to blame me for the issues for asking the service instead of contacting him directly. Note above he dose not use a phone.

  Customer was very rude to our employee, Customer had always emailed us this time she had called and our secretary was gone for the weekend and we did not get the message. Note that we have never had a bad review till this customer. Very demanding and unpleasant to our staff.
