  They never showed up when they said they were going to, there was always an excuse as to why they weren't there. We have them on our security system and were able to listen to them talk about us and their other clients poorly. Very unprofessional and rude when talking to her about our bill and some of the charges that were accrued on our invoice.

  Thank you for your review. When speaking to Colton about their bill, he asked why we didn't show up on a specific date of service. I pulled the paper copies of the schedules and explained it was raining that day and we came the next day. He said he didn't ask us to do that, so why would we show up then. Explained that our entire client list got moved from that Friday (the rain day) to Saturday because of the rain. He said that was unacceptable business practice. When we showed up that Saturday after the rain day, we could not get into his backyard because he had a trailer parked too close to the gate for our mowers to access the yard - He felt he should not have been charged for this mow because we didn't mow the front and back yard. I told him we mowed the front yard and I would discount the mow price because we did in fact drop on the property, but I would not delete the charge entirely. That was unacceptable to him. We gave you the day we were going to show up for your mows. We have other customers that we handle out in the area as well. You were not the only one on our schedule for those days. Normally all we needed was for you to move your trailer away from the gate on those days so we could access the backyard for your mow. We never give a specific time to customers that we would be to them for their services incase of schedule/weather changes. A lot of the issues when we would show up to your house to mow (and the reason we could not mow on the specific day we were scheduled) were your sprinklers were running that day. So we would text you and then come back the next day. We did have an employee that was very frustrated each time we would mow your property due to all the piles of dog poop in the back yard (one time he counted 18 piles) - and we were supposed to mow through that. Do you know what that does to the tires, the mower blades and the bags? It transfers to the next customers lawn. Courtesy would be to pick it up or hire it done before your lawn service gets there to cut your grass. That employee was spoken to about what he said on your property and it was handled internally.   When we first contacted them, they said they would be out that evening, when they did not show up, I contacted them to find out why they had not showed up, they explained running behind. I understood, when it got later and still no call, We contacted them and was told they will get there in the morning. Got up and waited, nothing, contacted them again and was told later in the afternoon, nothing, contacted them again she stated 10 pm at night. informed her first thing in morning would be better, because I have to get up at 4 am for work- she stated 7:45. they didn't show up I contacted them again as we had been waiting, they finally showed up after 9 am. All we needed was some help getting our vehicles unburied everything else had been done. We were charged 125.00. When they were contacted about how expensive it was, she threatened to dump a truck load of snow back onto our street. How is that professional?

  Amazing job they did too our lawn. It needed mowed..it was like a jungle..left it for a month..our normal lawn mowing person .couldn't do it anymore. So. I called. They got me scheduled..they were fast..very courteous, professional..great attitudes..and kept me aware if they were going too be longer than expected too get too my location..or sooner..very grateful. This company is awesome..the workers , definately need a raise. You all do an amazing job..thank you .will definately start from now on, and the next year summer, having this company mow my yard.
