Second to none in service and they always make my yard look great, and it’s not easy with all the trees. I wouldn’t trust my yard to anyone else. I have been using Tuxedo for a few years now and I am always satisfied with the results.
The recent yard cleanup was a lot to tackle, but the guys did fantastic work and made sure it was done right before they left. Beyond satisfied! Great communication and very professional! Highly recommended!

Billy and Alejandro did a great job clearing out a lot of very large weeds that had taken over my flower beds. They protected good plants so all of them are fine.  They cleaned up all the waste.  Also, they were quick so the bill was less than I expected. I would definitely recommend Tuxedo.

I use Tuxedo for weekly mowing and also yard clean up at my house and the homes that I sell (I'm a Realtor). They are very reliable, the yards always look great, and their prices are competitive for a reputable yard care company. We recently started using them for fertilizer, and our yard has never been as green and lush. That is really saying something, as we had a drought with water restrictions this past summer. Thanks to James and James for all the help!

So far I have been really happy with Tuxedo Yard Care. They let me know when they are coming and they dome when they say they are going to come. They have recently started a tree and shrub service and their tree guy has been able to answer several of my questions about our trees. He was very knowledgeable. I have had experiences in the past with a different company where the guy working on my yard hasn't been able to answer any of my questions so it means a lot to me when the people working on my yard actually know about what they are doing. Every time I have called them I have received a call back within 24 hours which I have also appreciated. This is a great company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Used them back in November for some yard cleanup.  They did a stellar job, so I decided I would use them the following spring for regular lawn care throughout the year.
Unfortunately, when I called, I was given a price that was well outside my budget.  I thought this was odd, considering I had already received a quote back in November, and it was nearly half the price.  I attempted to find the quote while I was on the phone, but couldn't find it.  I also found it odd that there was no attempt to relieve my concerns or find another solution.  It was just a "sorry about that, bye".  (not verbatim)
After the phone call, I found the quote and realized what the problem was.  The price wasn't really an issue, only the frequency.  I have tried to call back, but I have been unable to reach anyone to confirm.
In short, their service, from my limited experience, is very good.  Which is why it is a shame that their phone reps are unable or unwilling to inform or help their potential customers' choose what service(s) they need.

Hi Wezleey25, I am sorry about your recent experience with us. Unfortunately, due to inflation and higher labor costs we have had to increase our pricing as well, which is why you saw the price change in those services. I believe we tried to see if you qualified for any of our discounts and tried to figure out a solution.
