  I have to revise my review. They replaced my diseased tree with a new one which died the exact same way (fungal infection according to my horticulturist friend). They have been pretty much unresponsive to texts. They never diagnosed the first trees issue, just removed and replaced. I’m frustrated as Lisa is a retired nurse and I’m a nurse so I wanna support my medical fam. I hope for better communication and will update review if this happens. As of now I am not at all pleased. My mother also used them and stopped because they did not contact her to continue services this spring. She was a very high paying client so I don’t understand… I would like to update my review to 2 stars as they left a message here for people to see but never reached out to me personally and never made an attempt to remedy the situation. I had told Lisa I would pay for the replacement tree as long as they addressed the underlying issue and never heard back. Went with a new company that was $100 cheaper and re-soiled, re-mulched and treated around the new tree to prevent the issue from recurring.
