WORST customer service ever. They have taken almost $450 and NO service has been done to my house. I have reached out multiple times with no actual solution!!

I've had an ongoing service plan in place since 2018. I called this month to request an 'in-between {unscheduled} service visit' after having seen 5-6 roaches inside my home. The technician came out in a timely manner & did what they do. Next day I had a bill charging me ($27 more than usual) for a scheduled service call. When I called customer service the rep told me that it had been a regular scheduled visit. I explained that if that had been the case I should have received an email notice in advance (which I did not) AND I should also have been notified that scheduled service visits were now $27 more than they had been in the past (of which I was also unaware.) The rep simply repeated it was a regular visit. Earlier this month I was informed that Turner was moving from a 4x/year to a 3x/year service schedule, so why would they have come out at the regularly scheduled time? The tech couldn't answer that question either. So, although the service with Turner in the past has been satisfactory, I am not sure that will be the case moving forward given this experience.
