  Work is fine, WHEN HE SHOWS UP. Had to follow up with several reminders to get service started in the spring. Discontinued service without informing us because of one missed payment (supposedly), even though we had mailed payment. It was probably lost or human error. It took us several weeks to notice our yard was growing poorly and there were weeds propping up. It'll cost us much more to fix the damage done due to his negligence. In any event, the way he treated us after we had only given him several recommendations and having good customers is at best unprofessional, at worst petty. Look elsewhere.

  I am sorry to hear of your recollection of the events. It was never my intention to provide anything but quality, honest service. I pride myself on this. However, when services go unpaid, it is difficult to operate such a business. I feel I provided sufficient communication through this time, but apparently you feel differently.   Jesse and his crew continue to provide the best lawn care and snow service I’ve had in years. He is responsive with very resonable rates. Highly recommend!
