We scheduled for them to come out every Tuesday since May, however they have only been out twice. The second time we had to call and ask them to come out. They have not been out in a few weeks despite us calling, leaving voicemails, and sending text messages. We have not even gotten a call or text back. They do a good job, if they actually manage to come out as agreed.

We have no record of even doing any services for you. If my crew members was doing services for you and I was not aware of it, I would like to make it right. We do not have you in our system as a customer. We strive to make every customer happy in the services we provide.
