  I highly recommend Turf Specialties. They removed a medium sized oak tree, then did such a good job planting the replacement that it looked like the area was never even disturbed. Reasonable pricing, and good communication throughout the process.

  My car was hit with a rock from a man on the riding lawn mower next to Don Tomas while I was waiting at the light. I immediately pulled over and inspected car, then came back around to get a card and talk to the man who was on the mower. Apparently it was his word against mine and the insurance can’t pay for the dent and scratch on my car because of this. There were no witnesses other than my three children in the car who heard the loud bang and saw me pull over and go back to that place. Very disappointed. This may be the way they get out of paying ANY claims. No witnesses. Now my new car has a dent and and scratch on the side door. Very sad.

  Today Turf Specialties mowed, after the rain last night and while it was misting this morning, at my place of employment. While blowing off the sidewalk by where I park, the grass stuck to my wet car. Not just some grass; my car was covered with grass. I called Turf Specialties and told the nice receptionist what happened. She took my name and number and told me she would have a supervisor call me back. A supervisor called me back and I explain what happened to him. He told me he would talk to the guys and tell them to be careful. He asked what I wanted and I told him I wanted my car washed. He said “I’m not going to do that”. I know Turf Specialties has been around for many years. Surely their customer service used to be better than it is now. Is a $15 car wash to make a wrong right too much to ask? Apparently so!
