  I am shocked that this company refuses to take responsibility for their mistake. Their crew broke my car window with a flying rock from their equipment this week. My wife witnessed it, but they took off so fast afterward I could not talk to them about it. I had to get the name of the company from my neighbor who uses them. The owner Rad refuses to return any of my phone calls. Instead he has his assistant hang up on me after a brief discussion "in case they are being recorded" (his words) Stay far away from them (at least as far as rocks fly)

  Ordered a $3500 swing from them. Wanted to put rubber mulch, called they said could order. Order a pallet sight unseen. Asked if needed more would it be l, said it could be ordered. Called today asking to get 10 more bags. Was told needed to order another pallet. I was never told this. Spoke to owner, not willing to offer solutions and really didn’t know any solutions. Own a business work to offer solutions for your customers... be helpful! Never again and will never recommend and every chance I get I will divert business elsewhere. Try to help local versus big boxes every time , pure example of customer service failures! Now I have a ply area with unfinished mulch. Whatever I find will not match.

  Hi Tony, we are so sorry that you feel unsatisfied from the order you were looking to place. Unfortunately as we said, certain colors materials are not stocked, and can only be special ordered by the full pallet. We apologize, but red rubber mulch happens to be one of those materials we do not stock. Our sales staff said that we would place your special order quickly, and we prematurely ordered a full trailer load of black and brown mulch (which we always stock), so that we could bring this one pallet of red in for you so you didn't have to wait, to make you happy. Again, we apologize if this was a miscommunication, but we try to make it as clear as possible any time we receive a special order that it is in full pallets only. This unfortunately makes it so that if the customer under estimated how much they need, they would have to order a full pallet again, leaving the customer with the option of placing a second special order. We hope that if you are ever looking for any of our stocked items you would come back, as you will find our prices are among the very best and we strive to help every customer and make them happy. Please reconsider your 1 star post as this has a detrimental effect on our small business.

  I use Turf Master for all my landscaping needs. Highly recommend them for any outdoor projects. Courteous and quick to respond to any request. Any questions or issues I might have always receive an immediate response or explanation.
