      Had them come out and take out or old front garden. The 6x6 logs were rotted. It was overgrown and covered in weeds. They designed this. Provided a hand drawn detailed plan and executed. It looks amazing. Thanks jeff.

      We have used this company for lawn maintenance, fertilizing, weeding, pruning, aeration, reseeding, and garden installation for several years. We have been very pleased with their service. Our lawn has improved and the garden they installed exceeded my expectations, including replacement of any plants that didn't thrive. They come when expected and are courteous, efficient and responsive. I love seeing my property after their seeding and pruning is completed. Overall, an excellent trustworthy company.

      The services were fine; even when the treatments did not work they were willing to come out and try again; however, the office management was poor; I called to have my CC run to pay my balance <1 month ago; today I received a call putting my account on hold due to failure to pay my balance; the woman I spoke to is the person who did not run my card correctly. When I called to then "pay again" and cancel my account due to frustration; she said "people make mistakes" and hung up on me; instead of communicating and trying to make it right. Therefore, the customer service is not one in which I recommend anyone deals with, esp. when there are plenty of other companies out there who provide these services. Your response is not correct; I was never contacted via phone or email; I actually called you all and told the person to run my card when I remember to do so after seeing the yard sign; the next call I got was 3-4 weeks later saying I did not pay my bill. Ultimately, instead of hanging up on a costumer, maybe apologize and take responsibility for the mistake. Again, the work was always great, however, the last exchange was unprofessional.

      Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance. We had tried to reach you multiple times regarding your past due balance dating back 5 months. Within that time frame we had mailed you 7 statements regarding your past due balance and never heard back. We have been in business since 1991 - 31 years and have not received any complaints as such regarding billing or management during that time. As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. We thank you for resolving this matter and paying your past due balance. Please note: There was no record or request to charge a debit/credit card when you called in a month ago to inquire about our complimentary free of charge retreatment of an application, since the initial phone call you have received two mailed statements stating your past due balance. During the phone call today the receptionist processed your request to pay your bill and cancel services. She apologized for any confusion that may have occurred and tried to make you feel heard, she then confirmed that your account was closed meaning you were no longer an active customer, she explained that a receipt would be emailed to you to confirm the payment made on the past due balance and she proceeded to apologize once more for your dissatisfaction in paying the past due bill and wished you a good day. We thank you for resolving this matter and paying your past due balance. Have a nice day!
