Had a bad experience with one of the techs out in public today from this company. He stepped out from behind his truck out in front of me as I was pulling into the same house, then has the nerve to get my tag number and call my office to tell them that I almost ran him over! What a clown maybe if he' didn't have ear buds in his ears he would have heard my vehicle coming! Maybe you should look both ways before walking out into the road!

We had one of the prettiest yards in our neighborhood we hired TruGreen in October by March we noticed Brown spots and places where grass wasn't growing. Thought they were going keep or make our yard look better than ever but I was Truly wrong..☹

EDIT: Hey Truegreen person, I have reached out to your company numerous times via email, online chat and phone (in fact I'm on the phone on hold RIGHT NOW). I've received yet another $300 bill for a service THAT YOU DID NOT PERFORM!! We purchased the Lawn Plug service. You do not carry Centipede lawn plugs and therefore can not plug my lawn. So....STOP BILLING ME AND ANSWER THE DARN PHONE! ORIGINAL: Waiting on our refund for the reminder of the year
