  Sadly, the number for Rochester TruGreen goes to their national number. The local owner might want to know he absolutely lost a customer. I applied online for quotes on their yearly lawn services. They couldn’t give me a quote online, big surprise there. Received a call, pretty quickly, I might add. The young man was explaining the different plans. He said we do 7 applications a year plus bug treatment. Told him, don’t need bug treatment. I asked when they do app grub control, said summer. Ask what do the other 6 applications consist of, stated weeds and control, I was writing down what he was telling me. He stated the 7 applications are $133.95 per app for a total of $1012.66. If I pay in full it is $728.40. I asked what is the cost for a overseeding and aeration, $752. I thanked him and stated, “I am getting quotes from…” At this point he hung up me. He ABSOLUTELY hung up on. How do I know? Well, the punk didn’t call back, my phone number and name are on his screen. Guess he didn’t like how I wasn’t going to signup right there. I’m sure they get commissioned on sales. I have a call into TruGreen national number for a supervisor to call. I hope their CRM system keeps records of who called, when and what time. UPDATE: It has been over 36 hours and Corporate TruGreen hasn't called. There are many, many more who do the exact same.

  I have been a TruGreen customer for 10 years and probably will not continue. During lawn aeration last fall, their machine damaged and rutted my lawn in one area. Multiple contact via email however I never received a phone call or follow up on repairs.
