I'm very satisfied with the service. A couple of times I was not home to let the technician into the backyard. I call trugreen and they rescheduled a free service. My lawn is healthier and weeds are almost gone. Grass is getting a dark green also. Thanks trugreen for standing behind your product.

Prior to any application, I had purple weeds in the backyard. After one application, approximately 1/3 of the lawn was burned out and dirt was left. Hundreds of dollars spent for this??? I called and I was told a free service date was scheduled for them to fix it. Today, they came out and said their product did not do it, did no work and left a small bag of seed and told me to contact the horticulturist - Ridiculous. The note left said to mow the lawn to the proper level - How do you mow dirt??? Tru Green ruined my lawn so take responsibility for your actions and fix it! They took my money, ruined my lawn and try to blame me.

I contacted TruGreen 3 weeks ago to inquire about weed control. They said I'd reached their national phone number located in Michigan. The person answering the phone was completely unprofessional. He said he'd just started working there and he clearly had no idea of what he was doing. For every question I had, he put me on hold and said he had to talk to his boss. He finally said TruGreen would have their local franchiser contract me to set up an appointment to inspect my property and give me a quote. I never heard back from anyone. I've since went with another company called Weed Man. I can't believe how inept there are.
