  I have nothing but a bad experience with trugreen. The sales calls are constant. Even when you tell them not to call. Twice I was home to actually witness what they do and the tech did not even cover the whole yard just aimlessly wandered and then left. Which explains why I never had weeds until switching to them. Then I asked to cancel my next auto renewal and apparently they never did because I'm receiving texts that they've scheduled an appointment so I have to sit on hold forever to cancel again. DO NOT USE. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

  Paid 133 bucks to save myself some time. To have them core aerate my front yard instead they aerated it poorly missing spots here and there. And also ripped out large chucks of grass. The wheels on the aerator also tore through a few spots as well. Someone is supposed to come look at the damage. Hopefully this issue will be taken care of. UPDATE: the manager came out to look at my property. They apologized for the issue. And agreed to refund me half the amount paid. Which is fair to me.

  I had used Tru green last year with ok to average results. Well today I had the surprise of them showing up and doing a lawn service that I did not authorize for 2022, and now I have a $73 charge pending. Funny how I can't find anywhere in my account that I signed up for reoccurring service into this year, and can't find where to cancel any membership. Edit 2/01/2022: I was contacted by Nicole and confirmed service was cancelled and a refund will be issued.
